La Descarada is the result of the creativity and determination of Jorge Habela and Antonio Beaumont. With more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality sector, both embark on the opening of a restaurant in the center of Madrid where they show the food they are passionate about within a very familiar atmosphere and attention.

Here at LA DESCARADA we only use authentic ingredients: fresh eggs from free range chickens, fresh fruits and vegetables of the day, fresh national fish and selected matured beef, among others.
We always try to make each of our dishes a carefree and healthy expression of our love for food and life.
